Sixteen local artists submitted 85 works of fine art for sale. Mrs. Wilson County, Sara Canady, judges the art while a patron make a decision.  He bought it!  Gary Pursley and Angel Smith enjoyed the Artists' Reception, which was open to the public.

La Vernia Historical Association officers, Lilli, Elaine & Susan always enjoy the Chihuahua Trail Art Show.

First Place winner, Shelley Henderson, for "Mission Grounds".  Yes, it is a painting, not a photo!

Prudi Kinsel placed second for her this beautiful magnolia.

Mrs. Jaksik and Janie enjoy the wine and cheese reception for the artists. One of ten Honorable Mentions was awarded to Vivian Curry. Mrs. Wilson County, Sara Canady and her Mom, Wilson County's hard-working LaJuana Leus, show off one of the auction items they purchased.  Thanks!

Winona Alder shows her work, "Wash Day" which won an Honorable Mention. Martha Lenz, Chihuahua Trail Art Show Chairman, presents awards to the winning artists.  The art was admired by many visitors and artists.
